Crowned Garnished Shield reverse,  a gorgeous example of this very scarce 1-year type, bold strike showing all the tiny design details, surfaces just about immaculate and fully original, light silvery gray with brilliant luster showing through and delicate hues of iridescence, one of only a few given this lofty numerical or technical grade by either grading service, and here the eye appeal is also excellent. It is difficult to put a really close, accurate estimate on many English milled coins in really high grades, because so few exist.
